back to topTell me more about the platform provider.

After a national Request For Proposals and rigorous review conducted by the National Association of State Treasurers ("NAST") Foundation, Enrich was selected to be the digital platform provider. Because the New Hampshire Treasury is a member of NAST, we are able to offer Enrich as a free resource to Granite Staters.

back to topWhy do I need a login name and password?

The purpose of the Enrich Financial Wellness Platform is to provide personalized educational content. Your individual account will ensure that the information you provide and the recommendations you receive are protected. You will be the only person with access to that information.

back to topWill personal information be collected?

Information requested will only be used to personalize your experience while you use the Enrich Financial Wellness Platform. We recommend that you read Enrich's Privacy Policy to ensure you understand how Enrich handles privacy and protects personal information.

User data will not be sold, given or lent to anyone. Enrich abides by all federal and state data privacy laws. End users will receive occasional emails with updates, etc. In fact, here is a copy of their Privacy Policy.

back to topWhat happens if I don't answer some of the questions, such as my date of birth, while completing my assessment?

Nothing. The learning modules will not be personalized based on your specific circumstances, however, you can still access the free resources and financial education offered by the Enrich Financial Wellness Platform.

back to topIs the Enrich Financial Wellness Platform a permanent resource provided by the New Hampshire Treasury?

Unfortunately, no. The Enrich Financial Wellness Platform is currently funded by a grant provided to the NAST Foundation. Once the funding and relationship between the NAST Foundation and Enrich terminates, so is New Hampshire's ability to access this free resource. It is estimated that the Enrich Financial Wellness Platform will be available for about 12-18 months.

back to topWhat will happen to my account when Enrich is no longer available?

The Enrich url on the State Treasury's website will go away and your account and information will be handled according to Enrich's policies.
