January 31, 2010 is the closing date for entering Surplus Lines filings into the 13th month in New Hampshire's Surplus Lines Database. It will no longer be possible to make corrections to the database effective for calendar year 2009.
Your payment must reconcile with the 2009 filings contained in the surplus lines database. If there are prior-year errors, corrections will have to be made in January 2010. Overpayments will be refunded and underpayments will be invoiced.
