Companies may check on appointment status of business entities and individual producers by contacting the National Insurance Producer Registry. Companies also go to this site to submit appointments and terminations electronically. This is New Hampshire’s only method for registration of appointments and terminations. Paper versions are not accepted.

Appointments will be automatically terminated if license is not renewed. Reinstated licenses will require new appointments.

Individuals may check on appointment status by subscribing to the Online Licensee Service.
