Regarding the redomestication of a foreign company licensed to do business in New Hampshire, please be advised that it will be necessary to provide this office with the following:

• Amended application
• Amend fee *
• Power of Attorney form
• State reason for redomestication
• Copies of State Approvals (both original domicile and new domicile)

*Please submit payment for the company’s state of domicile. Make check payable to "Treasurer, State of New Hampshire." All fees are retaliatory. Fee’s are non-refundable.

Send all documents to the New Hampshire Insurance Department Financial Examination and Analysis Division.
