Project 54 is a joint project of the Department of Safety, Division of State Police, the Governor’s Department of Information Technology, and the University of New Hampshire. This technology developed in this project is used in cruisers; it allows officers to speak commands to the cruisers; such as "sirens on" or "lights on".
