DWI Saturation Patrol, Greater Concord, NH Area

On Saturday, September 26, 2020 the New Hampshire State Police, Troop D conducted a DWI Saturation Patrol in the Greater Concord area, State Troopers stopped 68 vehicles, which resulted in 12 arrests.

Persons charged included:

    Charges: Driving While Intoxicated, Possession of a Controlled Drug & Transport Drugs in MV
  • MUPENZI, Gilbert
    Age: 29
    Manchester, NH
    Charges: Driving While Intoxicated
  • LEMIRE, Carly
    Age: 29
    Hampton Falls, NH
    Charges: Driving While Intoxicated
  • SMART, Seth
    Age: 28
    Seekonk, MA
    Charges: Driving While Intoxicated
  • TRANFAGLIA, James
    Age: 35
    Hudson, NH
    Charges: Driving While Intoxicated
  • HERNANDEZ, Krystyn
    Age: 32
    Windham, CT

Additionally, one Juvenile was arrested for Underage Driving While Intoxicated, Minor in Possession of Alcohol and Minor Transporting Alcohol

The New Hampshire State Police has taken an aggressive stance to prevent persons from driving when impaired. New Hampshire has some of the most aggressive laws in the country to fight impaired driving and the law enforcement community will use those tools to their fullest extent to make sure our citizens and visitors are safe when operating their vehicles on our roadways.
