DWI Saturation Patrol, Greater Concord, NH Area

On Saturday, September 5, 2020 the New Hampshire State Police, Troop D conducted a DWI Saturation Patrol in the Greater Concord area, State Troopers stopped 92 vehicles, which resulted in 11 arrests.

Persons charged included:

    Charges: DUI-Impairment, Felon in Possession, Receiving Stolen Property and Conduct after a Motor Vehicle Accident
  • MONSERRAT, Roberto
    Age: 47
    Methuen, MA
    Charges: Aggravated DUI, Open Container-Alcohol and Speeding
  • SNOW, Hunter
    Age: 22
    Pittsfield, NH
    Charges: DUI- Impairment
  • MCNAIR Jr. Billy Joe
    Age: 42
    Concord, NH
    Charges: DUI-Impairment, Breach of Bail and Operating after Suspension
  • MULLEAVEY, Marjorie
    Age: 20
    Concord, NH
    Charges: Unlawful Possession/Intoxication and Open Container
  • SARMANIAN III, Edward
    Age: 45

The New Hampshire State Police has taken an aggressive stance to prevent persons from driving when impaired. New Hampshire has some of the most aggressive laws in the country to fight impaired driving and the law enforcement community will use those tools to their fullest extent to make sure our citizens and visitors are safe when operating their vehicles on our roadways.
