Motor Vehicle Rollover Crash, Weare Road, Hampton Falls, NH

picture of the crash

On Monday, April 13, 2020 at approximately 1:05 a.m., Troopers from the New Hampshire State Police Troop-A responded to Route 107 (Weare Road) in the Town of Hampton Falls for a report of a single vehicle rollover crash. Initial on-scene investigation revealed that a 2012 Honda Accord being driven by Kevin SNOW, age 33, of Amesbury, MA was traveling northbound from the Town of Seabrook at an apparent high rate of speed. When approaching the area of 35 Weare Road, SNOW began to lose control of his vehicle and traveled off the right hand side of the roadway. After leaving the roadway his vehicle went airborne and proceeded to rollover several times until ultimately coming to rest in the front yard of 39 Weare Road. SNOW, who was entrapped within his vehicle for a short period of time was subsequently transported to the Portsmouth Regional Hospital for serious injuries sustained in the crash.

As a result of this investigation, it was determined that excessive speed and physical impairment were contributing factors. SNOW was arrested at the Portsmouth Regional Hospital for Felony Driving While Intoxicated and Felony Reckless Conduct. He was released on bail pending his arraignment on May 28, 2020 in the Rockingham Superior Court.

During his course of treatment, additional injuries were discovered which led to SNOW being transported by DHART medical helicopter to Massachusetts General Hospital for further treatment. These injuries are critical but non-life threatening.

The New Hampshire State Police Troop-A were assisted at scene by members of the Seabrook Police Department and Seabrook Fire Department
