On Saturday, March 7, 2020 at approximately 12:40 a.m., Troopers from the New Hampshire State Police Troop-A responded to Route 101 in the Town of Epping for a report of a single vehicle rollover crash with possible occupant ejection. Initial on-scene investigation revealed that a 2001 Toyota Tacoma being driven by Timothy SHALLOW, age 20, of Raymond, NH was traveling eastbound, approaching the area of Exit 6 when he lost control of his vehicle. After losing control, the Tacoma rolled over multiple times and entered the center median at which point it came to an uncontrolled rest. SHALLOW was ejected from his vehicle and was found lying beside it. SHALLOW was transported to the Portsmouth Regional Hospital when it was determined he had suffered no serious injuries. SHALLOW had one passenger with him, who is identified as, Nicholas JARACE, age 20, of Raymond, NH who also suffered no serious injury.

s a result of this investigation it was determined that distraction and impairment by alcohol were contributing factors. SHALLOW, was later arrested for Driving While Intoxicated and released on bail pending his arraignment on April 21, 2020 in the 10th Circuit Brentwood District Court.

The New Hampshire State Police Troop-A were assisted at the scene by the Epping Police Department, Epping Fire Department, and New England Truck Center.
