Serious Motor Vehicle Crash, Route 16, Pinkham's Grant, NH

On August 14, 2019 at approximately 4:39 PM, State Police Troop E and Troop F were dispatched to a serious motor vehicle collision on Route 16 in Pinkham's Grant, New Hampshire. Upon arriving on scene, two vehicles were discovered. The first vehicle was identified as a 2013 Toyota Camry. The second vehicle was identified as a 2019 Dodge Ram 1500. Based upon the initial investigation, the Toyota Camry was traveling northbound in the southbound lane when it struck the front of the Dodge Ram 1500. The operator of the 2013 Toyota Camry was identified as Curtis King, age 30, of Shelburne, NH. King sustained serious injuries and was transported to Memorial Hospital in Conway, NH. The operator of the Dodge Ram was identified as Eric Baudry, age 51, of Quebec. Baudry suffered life-threatening injuries and was med-flighted to Maine Medical. Due to the seriousness of the crash, the NH State Police Collision Analysis and Reconstruction (C.AR.) Unit responded to the scene.

The Collision Analysis and Reconstruction , (C.A.R) Unit was assisted on scene by State Police Troop E and F, the Jackson Police Department, Gorham Police Department, , Jackson Fire/EMS, Gorham Fire, and a number of good Samaritans. Due to the collision, traffic was restricted for four hours.
