DWI Saturation Patrol, Greater Concord, NH Area

On Saturday, May 25, 2019 the New Hampshire State Police, Troop D conducted a DWI Saturation Patrol in the Greater Concord area, State Troopers, stopped approximately 145 vehicles which resulted in 9 arrests.

Persons charged included:

    Age: 30
    Bow, NH
    Charges: Driving While Intoxicated and Open Container
  • Edward M. Raymond
    Age:40
    Loudon, NH
    Charges: Operating after suspension – subsequent and Driving without giving proof
  • Michael Guay
    Age: 62
    Merrimack, NH
    Charge: Driving While Intoxicated
  • Kent W Bradley III
    Age: 38
    Pembroke, NH
    Charges: Driving While Intoxicated
  • Meredith Brown
    Age 39
    Portland ME
    Charge: Operating after Suspension
  • Christina Conley
    Age: 39
    Gilmanton, NH
    Charge: Operating after Suspension – Subsequent Offense
  • Anthony Conley
    Age: 42
    Gilmanton, NH
    Charge: Warrant Arrest for Drug Possession
  • Stephen Fournier
    Age: 33
    Norwich, CT
    Charge: Operating after Suspension

An additional arrest was made of a 17 year old operator for Operating without a license and Motor Vehicle infractions.

Additionally, a motor vehicle stop resulted in the seizure of a motor vehicle and is pending a search warrant for an on-going narcotics investigation.

The New Hampshire State Police has taken an aggressive stance to prevent persons from driving when impaired. New Hampshire has some of the most aggressive laws in the country to fight impaired driving and the law enforcement community will use those tools to their fullest extent to make sure our citizens and visitors are safe when operating their vehicles on our roadways.
