On January 30, 2019 at approximately 9:30 a.m., staff at the Division of Motor Vehicles in Nashua alerted New Hampshire State Police – Troop G to the presence of a male subject, who was believed to have used fraudulent documents in an effort to obtain a New Hampshire driver license.

The New Hampshire State Police were told that the male was identifying himself as Santo Jorge Arias-Paniagua, age 45, of Nashua, NH. He refused bail and is currently being held at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections, pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Court – District Division – Nashua on January 31, 2019 at 8:00 a.m.
