Trooper King observed the vehicle traveling at a speed of 117 mph and was able to safely conduct a motor vehicle stop on the vehicle. Upon approach, the operator fled in his vehicle in an attempt to elude Trooper King, increasing his speed past 120 mph. At which point, Troopers lost contact with the vehicle.
