Motor Vehicle Crash, Route 101 West, Raymond, NH

On Friday, November 23, 2018, at approximately 10:17 a.m., Troopers from the New Hampshire State Police Troop-A responded to a report of a motor vehicle rollover on Route 101 West in the Town of Raymond. Initial on scene investigation revealed a 2002 Ford utility truck owned by Proulx Oil and Propane overturned in the center median after sustaining a mechanical failure to a set of its rear wheels. The rollover caused the truck's cargo of propane tanks to be dislodged, with one tank incurred damage causing it to vent propane. The operator of the truck, Angel SUERO, age 40, of Newton, NH was transported from the scene to Exeter Hospital with minor injuries. His passenger, Trevor POST, age 18, of Goffstown, NH was not injured in this incident. A portion of Route 101 was closed for approximately 2 hours while the vehicle and propane tanks were recovered.

The cause of the vehicle's mechanical failure that led to this incident is still under investigation.

The New Hampshire State Police Troop-A were assisted at the scene by the Raymond Police Department, Raymond Fire Department, the New Hampshire Department of Transportation, and Alan's Garage & Towing.
