DWI Saturation Patrols, Nashua

On Friday, July 27, 2018 the New Hampshire State Police Troop B Barracks in conjunction with the Nashua Police Department conducted a DWI Saturation Patrol throughout the Nashua area. DWI Saturation Patrols are an initiative approved by the NH Highway Safety Agency and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and they are supported by federal highway safety funds.

On this night, State Troopers and Nashua Police Officers stopped a total of 159 vehicles which resulted in 8 arrests and a combination of citations and warnings for a variety of different hazardous moving violations. An additional 18 motorists were administered Standardized Field Sobriety Tests and determined to be fit to drive.

  2. Joseph Crowley, Age 56
    Nashua, NH
    Charge: Driving While Intoxicated/Impaired

  3. Elizeu Santos, Age 45
    Nashua, NH
    Charge: Operating without a License – Subsequent Offense

  4. Gabriel Dealmei, Age 27
    Lynn, MA
    Charge: Driving While Intoxicated/Impaired

  5. Audrey Magee, Age 26
    Nashua, NH
    Charge: Driving While Intoxicated/Impaired

  6. Catherine Eldridge, Age 53
    Nashua, NH
    Charge: Driving While Intoxicated/Impaired

  7. William Caceres Loayza, Age 21
    Merrimack, NH
    Charge: Driving While Intoxicated/Impaired

  8. Tyshon Lang, Age 35
    Manchester, NH
    Charge: Electronic Bench Warrant for non-appearance in court

The New Hampshire State Police continues to take an aggressive stance to prevent persons from driving while impaired. New Hampshire has some of the most aggressive laws in the country to fight impaired driving and the law enforcement community will use those tools to their fullest extent to make sure our citizens and visitors are safe when operating their vehicles on our roadways.
