DWI Saturation Patrols, Greater Concord Area

On Friday, May 25, 2018 the New Hampshire State Police, Troop D conducted a DWI Saturation Patrol in the Greater Concord area, State Troopers, stopped approximately 100 vehicles which resulted in 5 arrests.

Persons charged included:

  1. Steven C. Grubisa
    Age: 28
    Concord, NH
    Charge: Possession of Heroin with the intent of distribution
  2. Robert White
    Age: 49
    Manchester, NH
    Charge: Operating After Suspension.
  3. Jonathan Kobisky
    Age: 23
    Canterbury, NH
    Charge: Driving While Intoxicated/Impaired.
  4. Kyle Harris
    Age 47
    Manchester, NH
    Charge: Operating After Suspension.
  5. Juvenile Male
    Age: 17
    Dover, NH
    Charge: Driving While Intoxicated/Impaired.

The New Hampshire State Police has taken an aggressive stance to prevent persons from driving when impaired. New Hampshire has some of the most aggressive laws in the country to fight impaired driving and the law enforcement community will use those tools to their fullest extent to make sure our citizens and visitors are safe when operating their vehicles on our roadways.
