Burglary at Sandwich Creamery, Sandwich/Ossipee

On Wednesday, April 11, 2018, at approximately 8:00 pm, the Sandwich Creamery in Sandwich, NH was burglarized by two individuals. The Sandwich Police Department requested that other departments be on the lookout for a suspect vehicle and its occupants. At approximately 9:30 pm, Troopers from Troop E found the vehicle parked at an address in Ossipee. Upon further investigation, the burglary suspects were identified as those matching the description provided by the Sandwich Police. A search of the suspect vehicle resulted in the discovery of evidence of the crime of burglary and drug possession.

The suspects were identified as Thomas SAUJON, 33, of Effingham, NH and Francis Dimarzio, 23, of Tamworth, NH. Dimarzio was charged by the State Police with Possession of a Controlled Drug and Theft. He was charged with Burglary by the Sandwich Police Department. Dimarzio was held on $5,000 cash bail at the Carroll County Jail. SAUJON was charged by the State Police with Possession of a Controlled Drug, Possession of Controlled Drug-with intent to distribute. The Sandwich Police Department charged him with Burglary. SAUJON was held on $10,000 cash bail at the Carroll County Jail. Charges for Burglary will be forthcoming form the Sandwich Police Department.
