Criminal Threatening, Candia

On Saturday, February 17, 2018, at approximately 11:30 p.m., the New Hampshire State Police received a report of a road rage type incident that was occurring on Route 101 in the vicinity of Exit 2; in which a passenger of a 2005 Chevrolet Equinox had brandished a pistol at the operator of another vehicle.

Troopers assigned to the Troop A Barracks in Epping were able to locate this Chevrolet Equinox on Route 101 in the town of Candia near the Raymond town line. After a road side investigation a passenger of this vehicle identified as, Jacob Bourque, age: 21, of Epping, NH was taken into custody. Recovered from this vehicle was a 40 caliber Hi-Point pistol along with ammunition.

Jacob Bourque is being charged with Criminal Threatening and Violation of a Protective Order. He is being held without bail at the Rockingham County Jail until his arraignment on February 20, 2018.
