Man arrested at the Concord DMV for using false documents a second time.

On February 8, 2018, at approximately 10:15 a.m. staff at the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles in Concord alerted the New Hampshire State Police – Troop G to the presence of a male subject, who was recognized to have used fraudulent documents in 2010, to obtain a New Hampshire driver license.

Upon the arrival of Trooper James O'Leary, he learned that the male subject had been reported to New Hampshire State Police – Troop G on April 20, 2015, by the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles in Salem. In 2015, Troopers responded to that location and determined that the male subject had used fraudulent documents to obtain a New Hampshire driver license identifying himself as Javier Guzman, of Salem, NH. At that time the male subject was identified as Jairo Nunez, age 29, of Lawrence, MA, and taken into custody at the Division of Motor Vehicles in Salem pending charges of Unsworn Falsification and Tampering with Public Records.

Trooper O'Leary discovered that the male subject had arrived at the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles in Concord, again identifying himself as Javier Guzman, age 29, of Salem, NH, in an attempt to re-instate a suspended New Hampshire Driver License.

The male subject was taken into custody at the Division of Motor Vehicles in Concord without incident and was charged with Unsworn Falsification and Tampering with Public Records.

The male subject refused bail and was transported to the Merrimack County House of Corrections.He will be arraigned in the 6th Circuit Court– District Division – Concord on February 08, 2018, at 11:00 a.m.

The New Hampshire State Police – Troop G was assisted by members of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, and the New Hampshire Division of Motor Vehicles.
