The operator of the 2010 Chevrolet Silverado, identified as Douglas Elliott, age 35 of Colebrook, New Hampshire was deceased at the scene. A 10-year-old juvenile was a passenger in the vehicle and was airlifted to the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.
