Water Rescue, Livermore Falls, Campton

On September 4, 2017 at approximately 4:00 PM, New Hampshire State Police-Marine Patrol responded to Livermore Falls on the Pemigewassett River in Campton for a report of person who jumped off of a large cliff into the water and did not resurface. Good Samaritans tried to locate the individual immediately thereafter but were unsuccessful.

The New Hampshire Fish and Game Dive Team also responded and they ultimately recovered the 24-year old male approximately two hours later in the area where he entered the water. He was pronounced deceased. The water conditions where the victim was found were relatively calm, with a slight current.

The New Hampshire State Police-Marine Patrol, New Hampshire Fish and Game, and the Campton Police Department are investigating the incident. An autopsy has been scheduled for Tuesday. The victim's name is being withheld pending notification of family members. Additional details will be released via updated press releases.

The victim is identified as Saige M. Bradbury, age 24, of Bellingham, MA.
