DWI Crash, Hurricane Road, Westmoreland

On Thursday July 20th, 2017 at approximately 0700 hours, troopers from the New Hampshire State Police along with members of the Keene Fire Department responded to Hurricane Road in the area of South Village Road in the Town of Westmoreland for a reported single-car motor vehicle rollover collision.

The investigation revealed that Brianna Worcester, Age 22, Keene, NH, was operating a motor vehicle described as a 2006 Hyundai Accent. The vehicle was traveling north on Hurricane Road when it swerved off the roadway, striking a rock wall and a tree before coming to rest on its roof. Upon initial contact with Worcester, she displayed signs of impairment but was transported to Cheshire Medical Center in Keene to be assessed for any injuries.

After further investigation Worcester was found to be impaired at the time of the crash and subsequently arrested for DWI. After being medically cleared WORCESTER was processed and released on $1000.00 personal recognizance bail. Worcester is due to appear at the 8th Circuit Court-Keene on 08/02/2017 at 0830 hours to answer for her charge.
