Reckless Driving in snow storm, Interstate 93, Concord

The New Hampshire State Police arrested the operator of a 2008 Saturn Astra this morning on I-93 in Concord for Reckless Driving, after her vehicle was measured by radar to be traveling 91 miles per hour.

The driver, Anastacia E. Hocking, 21, of Laconia, NH, was intercepted by Trooper First Class Jeffrey Ardini after he observed her driving recklessly during a winter storm and on the snow and slush-covered roadway.

Hocking told the trooper she was speeding because she was late for an appointment to have a new car stereo installed.

An arraignment is scheduled in the 6th Circuit –District Division - Concord Court in Concord on Mar. 3, 2017, at 8:00 a.m. A Reckless Driving conviction carries a fine of up to $1,000 and a minimum 60-day loss of license.
