On April 13, 2015, two women entered the Division of Motor Vehicles in Manchester. One of the women submitted false documentation claiming her identity to be Marisol Ramires-Rivera, age 43 of Manchester, NH and originally from the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Shortly after the arrival of the NH State Police, Ms. Rivera and the other woman identified as Amina Sanchez-Marrero of Manchester attempted to flee from the Division of Motor Vehicles. Ms. Sanchez-Marrero was taken into custody and Ms. Ramires-Rivera was never located, however an arrest warrant was issued for her arrest.

On October 25, 2016, Members of the NH State Police Troop G became aware of the location of Ms. Ramires-Rivera during a separate investigation regarding another person using a false identity. With the cooperation of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement and the Federal Bureau of Investigation it was discovered that her true identity was actually Lillian Zapata age 51 of the Dominican Republic.

On October 26, 2016, the New Hampshire State Police Troop G successfully arrested Ms. Zapata. She was charged with 3 counts of Tampering with Public Records, 2 counts of Unsworn Falsification and 2 counts of Resisting arrest.

On October 27, 2016, Ms. Zapata was arraigned at the 9th Circuit Court Manchester. She is being held on $20,000 cash bail. Trial is scheduled for November 28th, 2016, at 8:30 am.
