Prior to arrival on scene the reports indicated that there were multiple vehicles involved in the collision, and one, a Nissan Rogue, had rolled over and the operator was unconscious within the vehicle. Upon arrival of Troopers, Manchester Fire, and AMR Ambulance, it was determined that the operator of the Nissan Rogue, identified as, Cynthia Perkins, age 62 of Derry, NH, was deceased.
