On Sept. 12 at approximately 9:10 p.m., the New Hampshire State Police arrested Shauna M. Graham, 47, of Rutland, Vermont on Interstate 89 in Grantham for Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated for operating under the influence with her 8-year-old son in the vehicle.

Graham's vehicle, a 1989 Jeep Grand Cherokee, was initially observed to be operating erratically by Trooper Michael Arteaga, who was monitoring southbound traffic on the Interstate. An ensuing stop and investigation led to her arrest.

The driver was also found to be in possession of several open containers of alcohol.

Graham's breath alcohol content was measured to be .11.

By NH statute, driving while intoxicated with a passenger under the age of 16 is an aggravated level offense.

Graham is scheduled to be arraigned in the Newport Circuit Court on September 20th.
