missing german shepherd 'loto'

On July 23, 2016 at approximately 4:09 p.m. Troopers, along with the Concord and Bow fire departments, were dispatched to a report of a single vehicle crash on Route 93, southbound in Bow. Upon arrival it was discovered that a pickup truck driven by: Travis Gallant, age 21, Block Island, Rhode Island, had gone off the right side of the road, rolled over, and struck a tree. Gallant had to be extricated from the vehicle by the fire department. A female passenger also suffered injuries. Both people were transported to the Concord Hospital with multiple injuries.

Also in the truck was a 6 month old German Shepherd mix dog named "Loto". The dog ran from the crash scene. Several people attempted to catch the dog however were unsuccessful. The dog was last seen running in an industrial area off of Route 3A in Bow.

Initial investigation indicates that Gallant fell asleep while driving.
