On July 20, 2016, New Hampshire State Police, Campus Police Officer Shaun Searah and Campus Police Lt Frank Harris responded to a report from Court Security Officer at the Concord District Division, 6th Circuit Court in Concord of an uncooperative female in the building. Campus Police officers arrived and spoke to a Court Security Officer who stated that the woman would not leave the court house when asked. They said she was screaming and refusing to leave the building and then resisted arrest when the Court Security Officer attempted to detain her. She was later identified as Denise Lillian Perron, age 55, Loudon, New Hampshire.

Officers gathered statements from witnesses and Perron was placed under arrest for misdemeanor resisting arrest or detention, misdemeanor criminal trespass and a violation for disorderly conduct.

Perron requested the services of a bail commissioner and was released on $1,000 Personal Recognizance bail. She will be arraigned in the Concord District Division, 6th Circuit Court on August 19th, 2016.
