Introduction of Contraband to Inmates at NH State Prison For Men

On April 9, 2016 at approximately 1800 hours, Investigators from both, The New Hampshire State Police, Investigative Services Bureau and the New Hampshire Department of Corrections, Investigative Bureau arrested a 30 year old female identified as Sierra Maskell from Eden Mills, VT on charges of Conspiracy to Introduce Articles to Prisoners and Possession of Controlled Drugs (narcotics).

Investigators from the State Police and Department of Corrections learned that Maskell had conspired to smuggle drugs into the Men's Prison in Concord, during the April 9th visitor session. Maskell was taken into custody prior to her reaching the Prison. Maskell worked in cooperation with Inmate Ronald Truell who is currently serving a 2-15 year sentence for Robbery.

Maskell was found to have 74 strips of Suboxone on her persons. As well as Cocaine, Ritalin and Drug paraphernalia. The prison value of these drugs is estimated at approximately $23,000 dollars.

Maskell will be arraigned on June 3, 2016 at 8:00 am out of the 6th Circuit-District Division-Concord.
