Motor Vehicle Stop/Arrest

On Saturday, March 26, 2016, at approximately 6:40 A.M. State Trooper First Class Jeffrey Ardini from the New Hampshire State Police Troop-D Barracks in Concord stopped a vehicle travelling on Interstate 93, Northbound, in Bow, for travelling 88MPH in a 55MPH zone. During the traffic stop TFC Ardini determined that the operators New Hampshire Driver's License and vehicle registrations were both suspended. Upon taking the driver into custody a substance believed to be Heroin was located in the operator's pants pocket. Additional drugs and drug paraphernalia were also located in the vehicle to include numerous hypodermic needles.

The operator was identified as Christopher Chasse, 28 years, old Manchester, NH. Chasse is charged with: Operating after Revocation / Suspension, Operating with Suspended Registrations, Acts Prohibited and Speeding.

Chasse was transported to the State Police Troop-D Barracks where he was processed and released. Chasse is due to appear at the 6th Circuit, Concord District Court on May 3, 2016, at 8:00 A.M.
