The Prosecution Unit to the Department of Safety has prepared the following compendium of motions so that officers, who prosecute their own cases, can prepare and file their own motions. Also, the compendium should serve as a useful resource for Department of Safety and other prosecutors as well.

The compendium is updated periodically. However, it is possible that the courts or legislature have since altered the law, so it is best practice to cite check before submitting any pleadings.
