New Hampshire Residents: A 20-day temporary plate is available for all vehicles purchased through a private sale, or purchased from an out of state dealer that does not offer temporary plates upon purchase. Drop Boxes are available at the following locations Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:15 pm: Concord, Dover, Epping, Gorham, Keene, Manchester, Nashua, Newport, Salem, Tamworth and Twin Mountain.

When submitting paperwork through the Drop Box all items must contain the following information:
