Quarterly report cover pages and fuel schedules are mailed to licensees. Please contact the Road Toll Bureau if you are in need of a quarterly return - DO NOT copy an old quarterly return / another licensee's quarterly report, as each report's bar code feature contains individualized quarter-year and licensee information.
