      Request from the Department of Transportation to lease for five years, with five-year renewal, approximately 600 square feet of state-owned land along the Concord-Lincoln Railroad to an abutter for use and maintenance of a beach and waterfront access on Paugus Bay per RSA 228:57. The lease is intended to correct an existing encroachment problem.
