Description: Request from the Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of the NH Liquor Commission, to grant a utility easement to Unitil Energy Systems, Inc. and Northern New England Telephone Operations, LLC (FairPoint Communications) as tenants in common on state-owned land at 50 Storrs Street in Concord for construction, installation, operation, maintenance, and replacement of transmission and distribution lines and associated service poles and supporting facilities and apparatus as needed to provide electrical and telecommunications utility service to the NH Liquor Commission Headquarters building.

Description: To dispose by sale the Ashland Liquor Store (#46) located at the intersection of West Street and U.S. Route 3 adjacent to Exit 24 on Interstate 93 and consisting of approximately 0.41 acres, a single-story concrete block commercial retail building with approximately 3,600 square feet of interior space, and pavement on three sides of the building for vehicular access and parking

Description: Request from the Department of Resources and Economic Development to sell 3 acres of railroad corridor to an abutting developer for $120,000, with a permanent trail easement on the existing corridor retained by DRED; proceeds will be used by DRED to improve a safety issue on an abutting railroad corridor in Raymond by enlarging and improving a tunnel for trail users.

Description: Request from the Department of Resources and Economic Development to transfer ownership of three small sections of nonessential railroad corridor to an abutting landowner in exchange for permanent trail easements on three large parcels of privately held land, protecting more than 4 miles of OHRV and snowmobile trail in Stewartstown, Colebrook and Stratford.

Location: Bradford

Agency: Department of Resources and Economic Development

Description: Request from the Department of Resources and Economic Development to dispose of .1 acre of land in the Bradford Pines Natural Area off West Main Street and Route 103 in Bradford, NH (part of Map 2, Lot 1) through a boundary line agreement with Richard M. Vega, in return for .1 acre of land (part of Map 16, Lot 9). The abutting pieces of land are portions of larger parcels owned by the State of New Hampshire (Map 2, Lot 106) and Richard M. Vega (Map 16, Lot 91). The purpose of the proposed surplus disposal and boundary line agreement is to eliminate an encroachment onto State lands created by a previous owner. The property proposed for disposal by the State does not have water access; the property the State will receive in exchange has frontage on the Warner River.

Description: Request to dispose of a 20-foot wide utility easement to the Town of Canaan, Vermont along 5,600 linear feet of the North Stratford-Beecher Falls Rail Trail, located between the Village of Canaan, Vermont and the Village of Beecher Falls, Vermont, for the purpose of an underground water line.
