Location: Laconia

Agency: NH Employment Security

Description: Request from NH Employment Security to lease for up to three years approximately 2,000 square feet of office space in its building located at 426 Union Avenue in Laconia to My Turn, a nonprofit organization that will use the space for a federally funded school youth program.

Status: Approved

15-002

Location: Concord

Agency: Department of Fish and Game

Description: Request from the Department of Fish and Game to convey a public drainage easement, a heritage park/trail easement and two temporary construction easements on state-owned property on Sewalls Falls Road in Concord to the City of Concord for the reconstruction of the Sewalls Falls Bridge.

Agency: Department of Transportation, Bureau of Rail and Transit

Description: Request to renew four leases of state-owned railroad land water frontage to abutters East Bluff Highlands, Grouse Point Club Community Association, Lake Ridge on Meredith Bay (all on Lake Winnipesaukee) and Paul and Emiliette Beaudoin (on Lake Waukewan) for use and maintenance of pedestrian crossings, docks and waterfront access per RSA 228:57-a.

Agency: Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of the NH Liquor Commission

Description: Request from the Department of Administrative Services, on behalf of the Liquor Commission, to sell approximately 4.898 acres on South Broadway in Salem, currently housing State Liquor Store #34, a single-story retail building of approximately 10,748 square feet.

Agency: Department of Transportation

Description: Request from the Department of Transportation to renew eight leases of state-owned railroad land water frontage to abutters off Massachusetts Avenue on Paugus Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee for use and maintenance of pedestrian crossings, docks and waterfront access per RSA 228:57-a.

Agency: Department of Resources and Economic Development

Description: Request from the Deparment of Resources and Economic Development to convey to Eversource a utility easement of approximately 4,000 square feet on a portion of the Davisville State Forest off Route 103 in Warner.

Agency: Department of Resources and Economic Development

Description: Request from the Deparment of Resources and Economic Development to convey to approximately 3 acres, encumbered by a utility easement, of the Davisville State Forest off Route 103 in Warner to abutter Warner Road Holdings, LLC.

Agency: Department of Administrative Services

Description: Request from the Department of Administrative Services to renew a lease for 5 years with Independent Wireless One Leased Realty Corporation (Sprint Spectrum L.P.) for space at the Steam Plant Smoke Stack for a wireless communication site for antennas required for the transmission, reception, encryption and translation of voice and data signals by means of radio frequency energy.

Location: Greenfield

Agency: Department of Resources and Economic Development (DRED)

Description: Request from the DRED to swap with New England Forest Products (NEFP) a 1.5-acre portion of the Greenfield State Park for a parcel of equal value on the shore of Otter Lake to be purchased by NEFP and conveyed to the State to be used to improve the Park’s public boat ramp.

Status: Recommended
