Connecting New Hampshire Emergency Broadband Expansion Program - Request for Proposals  pdf file

Governor Sununu has authorized the allocation and expenditure of $50 million from the CARES Act Coronavirus Relief Fund (“CARES Act funds”) to address the increased need for internet connectivity due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Connecting New Hampshire – Emergency Broadband Expansion Program will benefit students, families, and businesses as the need for distance learning, telework, telehealth, and other remote services continues due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The New Hampshire Office of Strategic Initiatives (OSI or Agency) in collaboration with the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) and the Department of Education (DOE) is seeking proposals from qualified Applicants to provide high speed internet connectivity (25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload (25/3)) to as many unserved New Hampshire properties as possible at the least cost to the State.

Request for Qualifications for Solar Plan Reviews and Inspections

The City of Franklin New Hampshire is seeking the submission of qualification packages from interested parties who would provide the Planning and Inspection departments with assistance with the reviews associated with proposed solar projects, and the inspections during construction. The review and inspection work are necessary to ensure that all of the applicable and appropriate codes are addressed, and that all appropriate construction techniques have been considered and incorporated into the approved permit plans. The City of Franklin is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Provision of Broadband to the Remainder of Town

The Town of Peterborough is currently accepting proposals to provide broadband access, as defined by RSA 38:38, I(c), to the remaining parts of Town which are currently underserved or unserved. For the purposes of this RFP, all underserved and unserved locations are defined as locations that do not have access to at least 25 Mbps download and 3 Mbps upload speeds, hereinafter referred at 25/3. The location does not need to be subscribing to this service, but the service must be available at the street location, either at a State or Town road.
Deadline: Friday, July 24, 2020 at 4:00PM.
