RSA 4-E:1 directs the Office of Strategic Initiatives, in coordination with an Energy Advisory Council, to develop an energy strategy for New Hampshire.
Pursuant to RSA 4-E:1, the Office of Strategic Initiatives is required to review the 10-year state energy strategy and consider any necessary updates. This process requires an opportunity for public comment as well as consultation with the State Energy and Natural Resource Committee and the House Science, Technology and Energy Committee.
2014 Energy Strategy
Senate Bill 191 (2013) directed the Office of Energy & Planning, in coordination with a newly formed Energy Advisory Council, to develop an energy strategy for New Hampshire. The process began in the fall of 2013 and concluded in September 2014.
