Humanities to Go!
A library-based reading and discussion series. Each program is led by a scholar who opens with an informal talk, which usually includes background information about the author and thoughts and questions about the book, followed by open discussion with and among participants. A program of the New Hampshire Humanities Council in collaboration with the New Hampshire State Library.
New Hampshire Book Bag
A program that provides collections of literature to book discussion groups throughout New England. A program of the New Hampshire State Library in collaboration with the New Hampshire Humanities Council.
Reads To Go
A program of the Reference and Adult Services section of New Hampshire Library Association RTG makes book discussion kits, which contain 15 books and discussion
questions, available to libraries and book clubs throughout New
NH Summer Reading Program
Sponsored by CLNH and developed by the Collaborative Summer Library Program, the NH Summer Reading Program takes place in public libraries around
the state. Children, teens and adults can sign up for the reading
program at their local library.
Library of Congress Reading Promotion Partners
The Center for the Book in the Library of Congress began the reading promotion partners network in
1987. Now numbering more than 100, the partners are mostly national or
international organizations that promote books, reading, literacy or
libraries and are interested in cosponsoring promotion projects with the
Center for the Book and other organizations.
