Minimum Security Inmate Missing from Manchester Transitional Housing Unit

(Manchester, NH) The New Hampshire Department of Corrections announced that a minimum security inmate ran away from the Calumet Transitional Housing Unit in Manchester on Saturday, November 8, 2014 at approximately 8:30 pm. Brian Adam Gagne, 26, of Manchester left the facility without permission after staff observed him to be in possession of contraband.

Inmate Gagne is described as a white male, 5' 9", 195 pounds, with brown hair and hazel eyes.

He was sentenced in Hillsborough County Superior Court to 1 to 5 years for Receiving Stolen Property. He was admitted to the NH State Prison on August 12, 2013 and was eligible for parole on May 26, 2014 with a maximum release date of May 29, 2018.

The New Hampshire Department of Corrections Investigations Bureau and the New Hampshire State Police are investigating. Anyone with information on this offender's whereabouts is urged to contact their local law enforcement office or the NH State Prison at 603-271-1801.
