In order to create a direct line of communication for friends, family and others to pass along information about illegal drug use in our Correctional System that will assist in ensuring safe facilities, we have established a
Confidential Email Address:
In addition, we are in the process of setting up a telephone number to be used as a hot line for the reporting of information pertaining to the illegal drug use in the facilities.
The NHDOC is working closely with the Joint Information Center at the New Hampshire Homeland Security and Emergency Management's Incident Planning and Operations Center for the most up to date information regarding COVID-19.
Per New Hampshire Department of Corrections Visitation Policy 7.09, in order for children to visit, the Attachement 5 form under this policy must be completed on a yearly basis. Attachment 5 forms expire one year from the dtate it s notiarized.
Since this rule went into effectd March 2019, many "Attachement 5" forms will be expiring soon or may have already expired.
Please fill out a new form, have it notarized and send to the visiting room of the facility you are visiting before expiration.
