Welcome to Correctional Industries! Correctional Industries is a component of an overall strategy to keep the public safe and the facility safe while providing residents with confidence, job skills, and training to assist them with obtaining gainful employment upon their return to the community.

Retail Store
NHCI has a Retail Store and Show Room open to the public where you can browse our selection of handcrafted goods. We offer a wide assortment of custom hand-crafted items including birdhouses, cheese boards, cutting boards, cribbage boards, jewelry boxes, trivets, handcrafted jewelry, and many more items. Our inventory also includes quality crafted furniture like dressers, dining room sets, headboards, bookcases, coffee, end tables, and much more.
We also have 8’ pressure-treated picnic tables, wishing wells, Adirondack chairs and tables, cornhole boards, bat houses, raised garden beds and more. We also have kindling wood and untreated wood shavings available for purchase.

Horticulture, Greenhouse, and Forestry Program
In the spring of each year, we sell annuals, perennials, hanging plants, vegetables, and herbs that are grown by our residents in our greenhouse and in the fall, we have mums for sale. Please visit our retail store for more information on availability, pricing, and bulk sales.
Our residents process and deliver firewood to several NH State Parks as part of our forestry program. For more information on these programs, please call 603-271-3904

NHCI has shops in Concord and Berlin NH that specialize in re-upholstering, refinishing, restoration, and caning. Whether you are looking to restore, repair and re-upholster dining room chairs, armchairs, sofas, couches, loveseats, patio furniture, boat cushions or restoring cane furniture, including pressed cane, woven cane, natural rush, or Shaker Tape.

Furniture Crafting
NHCI Furniture Crafting produces high-quality hand-crafted wood furniture products like desks, tables and chairs, bookcases, custom made kitchen cabinets for your home and business. We manufacture wood products using old-fashioned craftsmanship for which New Hampshire is famous. If you are looking for furniture that is built to last, is sturdy and looks beautiful, made from solid hardwoods, you will find that here! We can custom manufacture any piece of furniture. Sign and Engraving
NHCI manufactures the highest quality highway, road, and street signs. We also produce customized temporary signs for road work. In addition, we make custom decals for vehicles and produce custom signs and commemorative automotive and motorcycle license plates.
In our engraving shop, we create name and desk plates, building and directory signage, and custom-made plaques and awards. Our shop has a reputation for completing projects on time and within budget for our clients.

Print and Graphic Arts
NHCI offers you a complete turn-key printing and graphic arts experience. We can assist you in
developing new artwork or utilizing your existing artwork. Either way, the final product is printed to the highest standard and delivered to your doorstep.
We print business cards, letterhead, envelopes, carbonless, tamper-proof forms, decals, stickers, permits, including sequential numbering, memo pads, index cards, calendars, raffle tickets, and much, much more. We also specialize in printing four-color brochures and posters in cost-effective limited runs using our digital printing technologies.

NH State License Plate Making
NH Correctional Industries is responsible to produce all of the license plates for the State of New Hampshire. This is done under a special contract agreement with the NH Department of Safety. License plates are not available for purchase from correctional industries. |
