New Hampshire Inspired: A New Hampshire Collection
The 2007 exhibition, which ran from January 18 th through February 23 rd at the State Library, featured artworks by New Hampshire artists who have been designated Lifetime Fellow status. Lifetime Fellows are professional New Hampshire artists who have been awarded three State Arts Council Fellowships for artistic excellence and professional commitment in their lifetime. So far, 10 New Hampshire artists in the performing, media and visual arts have achieved this distinction.
The following selected artworks were on view as part of the exhibition:
The four newly acquired artworks are now part of the State Arts Council’s Arts Bank collection. These artworks will find homes with state agencies through the “Adopt an Artwork” application process.
