The NHLC received nine (9) submittals to the qualifications package from Buyer/Developers by the November 19, 2021 deadline.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE LIQUOR COMMISSION INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL FOR:
SIGN MAINTENANCE, REPAIR, REPLACEMENT, NEW SIGNAGE DESIGN AND PROJECT INSTALLATION

The New Hampshire Liquor Commission ("NHLC" or "State") seeks to establish up to three (3) non-exclusive contracts for services for preventative maintenance, repair, replacement, new signage design, fabrication, and installation at various NHLC Liquor and Wine Outlet locations throughout New Hampshire.

The State seeks to identify vendors that have an extensive and successful history of providing the above-referenced signage services. If selected through this RFP process, the NHLC will enter into individual contracts with up to three contractors that will serve to prequalify each contractor to respond to future Requests for Quotes (RFQ) or Statements of Work (SOW) issued by the NHLC for a particular sign-related project. The individual project engagements that result from these RFQs or SOWs will be fixed-price and under the direction of New Hampshire Liquor Commission personnel. The New Hampshire Liquor Commission is seeking proposals for statewide, direct-to-consumer delivery services for its wine and spirits products and related items and accessories. The project and the NHLC's requirements are set forth in a Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Responses must be in compliance with the RFP's specifications. AMENDMENT:

Pursuant to RFP Part II, Sections 2 and 3 (RFP pg. 8), the NHLC has the authority to amend the RFP prior to the proposal submission deadline.

The NHLC hereby amends the schedule contained at Table 1 (RFP pg. 3) to extend the Deadline to a Submit Notice of Intent to Respond to the RFP from Monday, February 22, 2021 by 4:00 p.m. to Friday, February 26, 2021, by 2:00 p.m.

The NHLC further amends the schedule contained at Table 1 (RFP pg. 3) to extend the Deadline for the Submission of Sealed Proposals from Friday, March 5, 2021, by 2:00 p.m. to Friday, March 12, 2021, by 2:00 p.m.

As a result of the amendment, notices of intent to submit a proposal are now due on Friday, February 26, by 2:00 p.m. Notices should be sent via email to Janet Donnelly at Janet.Donnelly@liquor.nh.gov.

Completed proposals are now due on Friday, March 12, 2021, by 2:00 p.m. Proposals shall be delivered to the NHLC in accordance with RFP Part II, Section 6 (RFP pgs. 9-10).

Pursuant to Part II, Sections 13 and 18 of the RFP, the NHLC is unable to select a Proposer in response to this RFP and hereby cancels RFP 2021-01-CARRIER. The NHLC retains the right to subsequently re-issue an RFP for the same or similar services.


STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE LIQUOR COMMISSION INVITATION TO SUBMIT PROPOSAL FOR THE LEASE, DEPLOYMENT, AND DELIVERY OF APPROXIMATELY 300 VERIFONE MX925 PIN PADS, OR A COMPARABLE ALTERNATIVE PIN PAD MODEL, AS WELL AS POINT-TO-POINT ENCRYPTION PAYMENT SOLUTION

The New Hampshire Liquor Commission is seeking proposals for the lease, deployment, and delivery of approximately 300 VeriFone MX925 pin pads, or a comparable alternative pin pad model, as well as point-to-point encryption payment solution that integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365, JP Morgan Chase, GiveX, and New West Technologies CPAY. The pin pads will be used for credit/debit/gift card sales at the NHLC's retail outlet stores. The project and the NHLC's requirements are set forth in a Request for Proposal (RFP) document. Responses must be in compliance with Request for Proposal specifications. AMENDMENT:

Pursuant to RFP Part II, Sections 2 and 3, (RFP pg. 9) the NHLC has the authority to amend the RFP prior to the proposal submission deadline.

The NHLC hereby amends Appendix B to the RFP by replacing it with the modified version provided via the link below titled: "Updated Appendix B"

The updated Appendix B reflects several recent store changes. As stated at RFP Part III, Section 1(A), the list of stores provided is subject to change at all times as stores periodically open, close, or relocate. Any changes in store locations shall be considered part of any contract resulting from this RFP.

This amendment does not change any deadlines contained in the RFP.

Long Term Warehouse Services RFB

The New Hampshire Liquor Commission controls the distribution of all Wines and Spirits throughout the State of New Hampshire. This RFP seeks receiving, storage, and order preparation services for State operated retail stores (77) and all on and off-premise licensees.

Responses must be in compliance with proposal specifications, which can be obtained through the NH State Liquor Commission, Administrative Office, 50 Storrs Street, Concord, NH from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday or by downloading them here.
