Total Education in Alcohol Management® program was developed to assist liquor licensees and their employees better understand NH Alcohol, Beverage and Tobacco Laws and apply concepts of responsible sales and service of age restricted products. Topics include how to determine questionable age, ways of detecting false/altered ID's and will also include recognizing signs of intoxication, discussing intervention techniques, and reducing the risk of civil liability.
Due to COVID-19 regulations, NO IN-PERSON classes are scheduled at this time. The Division of Enforcement & Licensing Division will offer the Total Educational in Alcohol Management (T.E.A.M.) through the State of New Hampshire Online Learning OR ZOOM Meetings (see list below). Participants must register, join the program for its entirety, and complete a quiz to receive a certificate of attendance. The registration process will require your Liquor License number. You will receive a confirmation e-mail containing information about joining the meeting. All training is free of charge!
