Fatal Choices

The New Hampshire Division of Liquor Enforcement & Licensing has developed an educational program called Fatal Choices.

The participants will wear a pair of Fatal Vision Goggles, which will simulate a blood alcohol concentration level in the range of .06 (low impairment), to .20+ (high impairment). They will navigate through a road course in our golf cart wearing the goggles and then will be removed from the golf cart to conduct a field sobriety test.

Fatal Choices will raise their awareness level by demonstrating the dangers and risk associated with drinking and driving. This program allows licensed drivers to experience the dangers of operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol concentration level at or above the legal limit.

The Underage Drinking & Driving PowerPoint presentation may also be used in conjunction with this program to educate the participants on NH Law regarding drinking and/or possession of alcohol while operating or riding in a vehicle.

Protocol for the Fatal Choices Program

  3. Waivers will need to be signed (under 18 yrs old)
