Product Approvals

Beverage Vendors, Beverage Manufacturers, Brewpubs and Nano-Breweries must obtain Commission approval before selling any beverage.

Definitions: (RSA 175:1)

"Beer", "Beverage", "Cider", "Mead" and "Specialty Beer"

Once licensed, your company shall fill the following information in order to get your product(s) approved for sale within New Hampshire:

  1. TTB COLAs (if applicable)
  2. Labels
  3. Wholesaler Agreements (if applicable)
  4. Samples may be required on request by the NH Liquor Commission

Form Instructions

  1. Save applicable form to your personal device.
  2. Complete the form with required digital signature.
  3. Email form and supporting documents to: ENFAudit@liquor.nh.gov.

Monthly Requirements

If you have assigned your products to a NH wholesaler, you shall file by the 10th of the following month regardless of activity forms #258 (sales to wholesale distributors) and #334 (returns from a wholesale distributor).
