Limited Credits

The NHLC, Division of Enforcement & Licensing requirements of a holder of a wholesale distributor, brewpub, nano brewery, or beverage manufacturer license as it pertains to RSA 179:13 Limited Credits.

• Each holder of a wholesale distributor, brewpub, nano brewery or beverage manufacturer license shall report to the commission the licensee's name and license number who has not made payment of accounts over a total of $250 within 10 days from the delivery date.
• Each holder of a beverage manufacturer license, beverage vendor license, brewpub license, nano brewery license, or wholesale distributor license shall immediately notify the commission of the payment on any licensee's account, which has been reported to the commission.

The Limited Credits Notification form shall be sent to wholesalers@liquor.nh.gov.
