Farmer's Market

RSA 175:1 XXXI-aa

Beverage manufacturers, brewpubs, nano-breweries, wine manufacturers and liquor manufacturers with local town/city and Liquor Commission approval may sell their products that they manufacture at an approved farmer's market in sealed closed containers.

For a beverage manufacturer, brewpub, nano-brewery, wine manufacturer or liquor manufacturers to attend a farmer's market they must file the following documents with the NH Liquor Commission.

  1. A completed Farmer's Market Form pdf file signed by town/city official to attend the farmer's market including dates, times and location.
  2. A diagram of the tasting (booth) if tastings are authorized by the town/city.
