Farmer's Market

RSA 178:24

Beverage manufacturers, brewpubs, nano-breweries and wine manufacturers with local town/city and Liquor Commission approval may sell their products that they manufactured at a dept of agricultural approved farmer's markets in sealed closed containers.

In order for a Beverage manufacturer, brewpub, nano-brewery and wine manufacturer to attend a farmer's market they must file the following documents with the NH Liquor Commission.

  1. A completed Farmer's Market Form pdf file Request signed by town/city official to attend the farmer's market including dates, times and location.
  2. A diagram of the tasting (booth) if tastings are authorized by the town/city.
