Whistleblowers' Protection Act

Any employee who wishes to file a complaint under RSA 275-E, must first complete Whistleblowers' Complaint Form, below.

A Public Employee who wishes to report the possible existence of activity constituting fraud, waste, or abuse in the expenditure of any public funds under RSA 275-E:8 must file the Public Employee Complaint Form, below.
